Meet Brook Crawford CNP
I am a national board certified Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Bret Bahn and Pain Management services. I have worked with him since 2021. I have Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Physiology from Ohio Northern University and Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing as well as a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. While attending ONU, I was a 4-year Varsity letterman on the football team. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and also have nearly 5 years of experience in surgery as a First Assistant and Nurse Practitioner prior to working in Pain Management.
My wife, Alaina, and I have been married for 7 years and have 3 children; Boston, Boone, and Ellie. We are busy with sports including Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and Gymnastics. I also own a baseball glove repair business that I operate outside of my office time named All-Star Glove Repair.
I look forward to the opportunity to help patients manage their pain symptoms and progress toward pain improvement and resolution with increased physical activity and regaining their day to day function through interventional options as well as pharmaceutical options.
