Sam M. Patel, M.D.
 Dr. Samir M. Patel is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. He has earned a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand and Microvascular Surgery, an achievement that helped him gain membership in the prestigious American Society of Surgery of the Hand (ASSH). He has also earned his Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine. Dr. Patel graduated from West Virginia University Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at West Virginia University. He completed a fellowship in Upper Extremity, Microvascular and Hand Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has extensive training in shoulder reconstruction, arthroscopic shoulder surgery, disorders of the elbow, wrist and hand.
Dr. Patel is accepting new patients at the office locations in Lima and St. Marys.
